Spokane Chapter MOAA Ladies

We would love to have you join us whether you're a wife, widow, or service member. If you're a part of MOAA you're a part of us. Each month we meet for lunch and we bring something for one of our projects.

MOAA Ladies Group Annual dues are $10.00 (optional)

Each one of us realizes how lucky we are to be living in our homes and eating regularly and mostly in good health.  We are thankful for these blessings and are striving to help our fellow soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen, guardians and coasties.

MOAA Ladies Luncheons

The MOAA Ladies meet at 1pm on the first Tuesday of each month at a different restaurant, so we miss the lunch crowd.

 

We do repeat some of our favorite restaurants but also try some new locations.

Items Requested for Homeless Veterans Program

  • Canned meat (chicken, tuna, SPAM, other protein)

  • Canned pasta, hearty soups, chili

  • Easy mac cups, oatmeal cups (easy to add water, heat and eat)

  • Individual packs of snack crackers, chips

  • Pudding cups, fruit cups

  • 8oz bottled water

  • Personal hygiene products, shampoo, disposable razors

Items Requested for Veterans Home

  • Word Search books – large print

  • Coloring utencils - markers, pencils, pens

  • Games:  Backgammon, Dominoes, Uno

  • Jigsaw puzzles with large pieces up to 1,000 pieces

  • Wood bird houses

  • CD’s – music of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s

  • DVD's

  • Calendars

  • Wallets

  • Postage Stamps

  • New Greeting Cards
