Air Force JROTC Military Ball at Rogers High School


Lt Col Robert Imle, USAF (ret) (far right) attended the Air Force JROTC Military Ball at Rogers High School. Pictured from the left is last year’s MOAA award winner Caleb Ybarra (Operations Sq/CC;) Cadet Major Katie Willoughby (Logistics Sq/CC, Color Guard and Drill Team/CC), the first recipient of the Spokane Chapter’s Colonel Spady Koyama Scholarship, and she has the next eight years of colleges and universities planned out, culminating in her becoming a veterinarian. Cadet Sgt Brandon Matney was the recipient of the Spokane Chapter MOAA Award for Outstanding Cadet.
